An inventory system I made in Unity using scriptable objects. Items can be exchanged between the player inventory and player shortcut bar. Items for the shortcut bar can be pulled out and put away.

HOW TO PLAY:

Move with WASD.

Press `B` to toggle the inventory.

While in the inventory, press `E` to toggle item switching states. When item switching is active, the border of the slot you hover over will change color.

While switching items is active, click on the two slots you want to switch items with.

To pull out an item, the item must first be in your shortcut bar. Then, press the number of the button the slot is associated with. For example, if you want to use the item in shortcut slot 2, press the `2` button to pull it out. To put it away, press the `2` button again.
